2.2    In general we only collect and process data in the following cases: a) about the use of our website and services e.g when you sign up for an account, we save your email, name and advertisement text/ content b) data needed for invoicing/communication c) publication data (the advertisements user post in order for the website to function)  
2.2    We may process data about your use of our website and services (“usage data“). The usage data may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, length of visit, page views and website navigation paths, as well as information about the timing, frequency and pattern of your service use. The source of the usage data is Google Analytics. This usage data is used for the purposes of analyzing the use of the website and services in order to make the website better. The legal basis for this processing is to improve our website and services and consent given by you when you use the website.
2.3    We may process your account data (“account data“).The account data may be email address, and sometimes for invoicing – your name / company name. The account data will be used to automatically create your account (email) and to send an invoice for the advertising.
2.4    We may process your information included in your personal profile on our website (“profile data“). The profile data may include profile pictures, gender, age . Our website is an advertisements portal for user generated content. This means that the profile data is shared by the user (advertiser) to everyone.
2.5    We may process information relating to transactions e.g payments. This is needed for invoicing and sending emails with payment details. (“transaction data)
2.6  We may process information that you provide to us for the purpose of subscribing to our email notifications and/or newsletters (“notification data“). The notification data may be processed for the purposes of sending you the relevant notifications and/or newsletters. The legal basis for this processing is consent given by you while sign up.

3. PROVIDING YOUR PERSONAL DATA TO OTHERS

3.1    We usually never send/provide any user data to any 3rd parties.
3.2    We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments.
3.3 The website usage data ( urls visited, user email) is shared only with Google analytics / and UserEngage in order to improve website and communicate with the users automatically or via support chat, and/or email. The data is securely stroled and not accessable to any 3rd parties. The data shared is encrypted in the servers.

4. RETAINING AND DELETING PERSONAL DATA

5.2    We will store all your personal data on secure server.
5.3    Data that is sent from your web browser to our web server, or from our web server to your web browser, will be protected using encryption technology in some cases. Whenever making a payment the data is 100% encrypted. Payment data is not processed by pleasure-world.com.  pleasure-world.com does not process credit card transaction data ourselves, nor do we keep or see the credit card numbers, names or other information. This data is processed by a 3rd party payments processor Securion Pay.
5.4    You should ensure that your password is not susceptible to being guessed, whether by a person or a computer program. You are responsible for keeping the password you use for accessing our website confidential and we will not ask you for your password except when you log in to our website.
